In 7 years of activity Pluriconsult carried out a variety of M&E assignments such as:
- Monitoring of the Social and Active Employment Measures of the PHARE national project addressing the reconverssion of the layoffs as part of the technical assistance for the Romanian Ministry of Finance;
- Evaluation of the project proposals for the PHARE 2003 Civil Society national project as part of the technical assistance for the Civil Society Development Foundation, Romania;
- Quality assurance for the Romanian version of the DG Regio’s Guide for the Evaluation of the Socio-economic Development as part of the technical assistance for the Romanian Ministry of Finance;
- Development of the participatory evaluation capacity of the local authorities from Odobesti Town Hall and Pitesti City Hall as part of the technical assistance of the Resource Center for Public Participation, Romania;
- Strategic assessment of the human resources for 5 private companies in the North-Eastern part of Romania within the PHARE national project addressing the development of the human resources (the Romanian Ministry of Labour);
- Interim evaluation of the Strategy for the Decentralisation of Pre-university Education in Romania, for the Romanian Ministry of Education;
- Project management review of the Sub-regional Project for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour in Central and Eastern Europe for the International Labour Office (ILO);
- Technical assistance for the development of the national evaluation capacity for the Evaluation Central Unit within the Romanian Ministry of Finance;
- Final evaluation of the Project for the Elimination of the Trafficking of Women in the Republic of Moldova for the US Department of Labor ;
- Technical assistance for Romanian Ministry of Finance for the evaluation of the project proposals addressed to the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area;
- Research of the national policy on the elimination of child labour in the Republic of Moldova and Serbia for the US Department of Labor;
- Ex post Evaluation of the Social Housing Programme in Romania for the Council of Europe Development Bank;
- Ongoing Evaluation of the National Strategic Reference Framework for the National Authority for the Coordination of the Structural Instruments, Romanian Ministry of Finance.
